Other Hints for Journal/Magazine Title Searching
  1. Omit accent marks and all other punctuation in the journal/magazine title's name.
  2. This search works like the title search except that the results are limited to journals, magazines, annuals and other items that are published at periodic intervals.
  3. Truncation on the right is assumed in a journal/magazine title search.
  4. If you aren't sure of spelling and a search results in no matches:
    • Try shortening the title
    • Try searching by author, subject, or keyword
  5. Because of variations in titles, you may be presented with a *Search Under... or *Search Also Under... cross-reference. You may redirect your search to these alternative forms by selecting the entry.
